A new play written and Directed by Diane Benedict, and performed by the LOSt ANGELeS ENSEMBLE at the Theatre Marabu in Bonn, Germany in 2015. The play is\u00a0based on the struggle that the Radium Girls\u00a0faced due to radiation exposure while working at a\u00a0U.S.\u00a0Radium Corporation factory. The Idea for the scenic design was a minimal set that would be primarily\u00a0used as a factory but could also work for various locations.\u00a0Throughout the course of the play, black light reactive paint was used to show the\u00a0constant presence of the radium. Mikayla Blanchard designed, constructed, and painted the set for this production.<\/p>\n\n
