ABOUT
Mikayla Blanchard is originally from San Luis Obispo County, California. After time spent in studying in Los Angeles, and traveling the world searching for inspiration, Mikayla has decided to move back to the Central Coast.
In December of 2015 she graduated with highest honors from Loyola Marymount University Los Angeles, receiving B.A. in Theatre Arts while focusing on set design.
In addition to her time spent in Los Angeles, her studies have also taken her abroad to Europe. She has worked with Professors from Loyola Marymount University, Humboldt State University, Dell’ Arte International, Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts, and The Moscow Art Theatre.
Mikayla has a passion to travel, and when time allows she spends her time traveling across Europe, gaining inspiration from both historical and modern European design trends, and learning about the people, culture and history of the countries she travels to.
