On Borrowed Time Set

A new play written and Directed by Diane Benedict, and performed by the LOSt ANGELeS ENSEMBLE at the Theatre Marabu in Bonn, Germany in 2015. The play is based on the struggle that the Radium Girls faced due to radiation exposure while working at a U.S. Radium Corporation factory. The Idea for the scenic design was a minimal set that would be primarily used as a factory but could also work for various locations. Throughout the course of the play, black light reactive paint was used to show the constant presence of the radium. Mikayla Blanchard designed, constructed, and painted the set for this production.
